  • How do I dispose of bulky waste?

    Bulky waste, e.g. appliances and furniture should not be disposed of in the communal bin area or anywhere else on site. Residents should either have these removed privately or take to the local recyling centre. Nottingham City Council also offer a collection service which is available here 

  • How do I obtain a replacement access fob?

    You can obtain a replacement fob by contacting the Management Team. The Management Team can be contacted here.

  • Can I get temporary access to the upper level car park?

    The Management Team can provide you with access to the upper or lower car park if you need access temporarily for deliveries or for contractors. Click here to request access. Please note there is no visitor parking onsite and temporary access will not be provided for visitors. 

  • How can I obtain an electricity Meter Reading

    You can request a meter reading here. Meter readings are collected by the on site team every Tuesday and Thursday and distributed by email no later than the following day.
